Is it a Japanese restaurant or Japanese-pretending Chinese restaurant?
Hello Eric. Thank you for your interest in our restaurant! The restaurant is owned by Korean family and the owner is the sushi chef. Mr.Kimura trained and practiced Sushi & Sashimi for over 2 decades and also speaks Japanese. Fun fact, Sashimi is native to both Korean and Japanese culture which is not native to Chinese. are there options other than sushi? teriyaki? bento bowls? etc.
Hello Karen! Our menu is focused on sushi rolls and teriyaki dish, however we do offer tempura, salad, soup and Korean kitchen dish as such as Bulgogi. Hope this helps.
Do you have hibachi
Sorry Joanne, we do not have Hibachi tables. However, we have teriyaki kitchen and sushi bar.
